William Bustamante has the credentials and previous work experience to help those in need of legal assistance accomplish their goals. In 1988, William received his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa and joined the Miami-Dade County’s Public Defender’s office the same year. During his first years as a lawyer, he worked as an in-house attorney and title officer at a well-known title insurance company.
In 1990, he established his law office, The Law Office of William M. Bustamante, where he represented clients in Real Estate, Wills and Probate, Family, Bankruptcy, and Small Business Corporate Law. As a means to help the general public, William hosted a weekly radio program answering consumers’ legal questions regarding real estate, bankruptcy, wills, and probate law. For a few years thereafter, William worked in several law firms handling REO properties and foreclosure homes.
Thalia M. Padron

Thalia has been in the title business since 2003. Before making her way into the title, she worked in law firms that gave her the knowledge and ability to relate to title professionals, realtors, banks, and loan officers. Thalia joined One Stop Title Services in 2016 as Director of Title Operations. She has extensive knowledge of the examining and title clearance process, is an excellent communicator, highly motivated, and specializes in working with clients, underwriters, Realtors, and Lenders to resolve complex title issues. She is known for going over and beyond to closing transactions. Thalia is the ultimate professional, and we are lucky to have her on our team.
Lissette Williams

Lissette has been in the title industry since 2014, handling the entire process of files from inception to closing. The one aspect of the job that Lissette enjoys most is meeting and interacting with new Clients, Realtors, and Mortgage Lenders/Loan Officers each day. Lissette joined One Stop Title Services in 2016 as Director of the pre-closing and closing department. Her easy-going personality makes our customers, affiliates, and agents feel at ease during their process. She goes the extra mile and always does a superb, extraordinary job.
